Kelacala Q, LLC is a privately held atelier specializing in jewelry for weddings & special events: Custom designs to fit any style or aesthetic.

Please allow 48 hours for Fed Ex delivery. Special request shipping is also possible for immediate delivery or rural zones. Shipping charges apply.

For smaller custom orders allow 2-4 weeks. For custom orders including weddings and other special events, allow at least 6 weeks. A 50% deposit is required before beginning any custom work. Specific packaging requests will be arranged separately. All orders shipped to a NY address are subject to an 8.875% New York State sales tax. Forms of payment include M/C, Visa, Amex, Discover, check or money order.

Return And Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item within 7 days of the date received in the original condition and packaging for a complete refund. Your money will be refunded after the item is received.

Please note that all designs are handmade, and often one-of-a-kind, designed specifically for the materials used. To clean sterling silver and precious stone jewelry use a polishing cloth. Avoid using the cloth on 14K gold, opals, pearls, corals, and other soft, porous or organic materials.
